At present, people with business ideas can find the following tools at Valnalón. These tools depend on several entities, but are all offered at Valnalón Technological City:

Dependent on Valnalón (Industry and Employment Department):

Creation of Companies

• Project Seedbed (Pre-incubator)
• Creation of companies centre (Incubator)

Business consolidation, Industrial Estate

• Technology incubator with 300 m² to accommodate new technology companies
• Technology incubator with 3.600 m² to accommodate new technology companies
• Technology incubator with 2000 m² to accommodate small new technology companies in growing and consolidation phases.
• Public promotion of small industrial premises for lease with purchase option, at Valnalón Industrial Estate, with an area of 3.000 m², already settled in 2003.
• At the Baiña Industrial Estate two promotions have been settled, both with the same characteristics of the previous ones described, one with 3.000 m² (2003) and the other with 6.300 m² (2007).

Dependent on the CTIC Foundation (Government of the Principality of Asturias):

A SAT centre (Advanced Telecomunication Services) to advise the companies on the use of new technologies.

Dependent on the Departament of Educacion and Science:

• National Centre of Occupational Training
• Centre for Maintenance and Production Services .
• Centre for Communication, Image and Sound .
• Hotel Management College
• Teachers and Resources Centre.

Dependents on Langreo city council:

• An Industrial Estate with 32 entreprises.
• A Call-centre (space dedicated top ut new technologies on hands of all the citizens)
• Ironworks Museum (MUSI).

Valnalón has had a participation in all those projects, including those which are not directly dependent on ValNalón. This participation includes not only the definition, but also the organization, the project development, the allocation of buildings and equipment, etc.

For us, Innovation is a goal, experience is our cornerstone and our wills have no limits. Nevertheless, all these would be impossible without a team of entrepreneurial people, eager to face new experiences. At Valnalón we are lucky to have this kind of people, and because of that, in our TRIP TO Entrepreneurship, there is no last station.
