Different activities require different solutions. For this reason, we also have two buildings for experienced companies, depending on their activity and size:

"Incuvatic 1" Building
An Incubator for New Technology companies, with fully equipped places.
Area: 300 m² in two floors.

"Incuvatic 2" Building
For companies from the Information and Communication Technologies sector, clearly developed and with a rise of employment rates.
It is a building provided with all the equipment used in this sector of activity, where we can have big areas to adapt to the growth of the company.
Area: 3.600 m² in ground floor and two floors.
User: Capgemeni.

"Los Relojes" Building (Incuvatic 3)
Soon the rehabilitation Works will start at this building, which will be devoted to companies related to services to industry and services in general. The building will have a configurable design, which will adapt to the needs of the companies. The division is going to be made by sliding panels.
The companies will enjoy shared facilities, such as an assembly hall, meeting rooms and meeting places.
Area: 2.000 m² in ground floor and two floors.
User: available.
